荷方代表简介：

Mindert B. de Vries is expert advisor eco-engineering at Deltares & Advisor of Board of Directors at HZ University of Applied Sciences. His innovative concepts are combing ecology and civil engineering to build win-win solutions with nature values. And he is presently focused on implementing innovative eco-engineering solution for safety against flooding. His research interests and expertise are in the field of ecology, water management, civil engineering, networking, coastal, science, coastal zone management, sustainable development, conservation issues, sustainability, biodiversity, environmental impact assessment, environmental policy, environmental science, climate change adaptation, natural resource management etc.

Zhengbing Wang is a senior specialist / expert advisor at Deltares and professor of river engineering and estuarine geomorphology at Delft University of Technology. Prof. Wang has played a key role in the development of models for sediment transport and morphological development in estuarine environment. He has been involved in various consultancy projects (the Netherlands, United Kingdom, India, Spain, Germany, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Belgium, China (including Hong Kong, and Taiwan)) covering hydrodynamics, sediment transport, morphology and environmental impact, in rivers, estuaries and coastal areas. He also plays an important role in a number of research programs at the Hydraulic Engineering Department and initiated Sino-Dutch Joint Scientific Thematic Research with various universities and institutes.
